MARG Limited, the flagship company of the MARG Group and a leading Infrastructure development company in India, was established in 1994. Headquartered in Chennai, MARG Limited is listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange, Madras Stock Exchange and the Luxembourg Stock Exchange (FCCB). The company has changed its name from MARG Construction Limited to MARG Limited on December 17, 2008.

The company’s business roadmap encompasses development of Power Projects, SEZ's, Ports, Townships, IT Parks, Malls, Airports, Hotels, Apartments, Resorts, and Roads. MARG Limited has also gained expertise in specialized activities relating to infrastructure projects such as planning, management, procurement, maintenance services, erection, testing and commissioning of power projects, architectural, structural design and development of multi-storied residential & commercial buildings.

MARG Limited has embarked on strategy of adopting the developer approach for each of its projects in the area of construction of commercial/residential buildings; IT parks and ports wherein it creates a Special Purpose company (SPC) for the concerned project. MARG then co-opts various investors to raise balance fund requirements for construction of the projects. It helps in building a focused approach and leveraging on the evolving business opportunities in each of the project undertaken.
