A first generation entrepreneur, GRK Reddy is the Chairman & Managing Director of MARG Ltd., a leading infrastructure development company in India.
Reddy completed his Advanced Executive Management Program from Kellogg Business School, USA. In the year 1985, he started his career as a Merchant Banker and joined CIFCO a premier merchant banking firm in the 1987 alongside JM Financials and DSP, who were the market leaders.
With astute business acumen learned from CIFCO he went on his own and founded MARG Constructions Ltd in 1994. He has been the Chairman of the Confederation of Indian Industries (CII) for its Chennai Zone. He is also a member of various councils like National Council on Infrastructure, National Council on Real Estate and Housing, CII Taskforce for building inclusive cities etc. wherein he has been giving valuable contributions.
Reddy is also nominated as a Chairman of Infra-2007 wherein he spearheaded the new development agenda for Chennai. The forum came out with a development plan famously called MAP, to transform Chennai into a world class city, which was readily appreciated by TN Government. Reddy is also the charter member of TIE (The Indus Entrepreneurs), and global network for fostering entrepreneurship.
V. P. Rajini Reddy brings with her, a vast experience of 12 years in high-calibre management. She holds an Engineering degree from Sri Venkateswara University. In the year 1996, along with two Business partners, she set up a training center to cater the training needs of all the IT and ITES sectors like – Medical Transcription, Medical Billing, and Call Center etc. In 1999, she started Exemplarr (Previously known as RR Infotech), a BPO with her husband, GRK Reddy to offer services in the HealthCare sector and later diversified into various domains like document management services, Legal services and E-Publishing.
Sreedhar Challa is a financial professional with experience in Non-Banking Financial services, Stock broking, Investment banking, Asset management, Corporate Advisory and Wealth Management/Private Banking Services.
He has expertise in various areas of financial services, legal & company affairs spread over more than 19 years of diversified corporate experience. Among his academic accomplishments include an MBA, MFT, LLB, Pre qualification as Company Secretary and PGPMAX from ISB and business programs from related certifications.
M. L. N. Acharyulu has more than three decades of rich and varied professional experience in multi-disciplinary areas in different organisations at various levels, in the fields of Design Engineering, Project Appraisal, Project Management, Corporate Finance, Marketing, Corporate Planning & Strategies, HR, IT and Board Level Corporate Management.
Acharyulu worked as ED & CEO with Karaikal Port. His earlier assignments were with Crompton Greaves Ltd., Mumbai, SICOM Ltd., Mumbai and Godavari Fertilisers and Chemicals Ltd., Hyderabad (now Coromandel Fertilizers), Managing Director at QualCore Logic Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad, a subsidiary of QualCore Group Inc. U.S & Executive Director with Conexant Systems Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad, a subsidiary of Conexant Inc. U.S.
Acharyulu did M.Tech in Electrical Engineering from JNTU Kakinada, Masters in Financial Management from Jamanalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai and also AICWA.
Ajay is a founding member of Ascent. He was part of the initial team that set up UTI Group’s venture business in mid 2000 through UTI Ventures. Ajay brings deep experience and understanding of Indian entrepreneurs, capital markets, financial structuring, and matters relating to taxation and regulations.
He was previously with UTI Mutual Fund where he managed India Access Fund, the first India dedicated offshore index fund. He played a key role in UTI’s investment monitoring team and was involved in the restructuring of several portfolio companies across diverse sectors.
Ajay graduated from Shri Ram College of Commerce, and then qualified as a Chartered Accountant and was amongst All India toppers. He is also a qualified Cost Accountant.

Mr. Sabyasachi Hajara is an Indian business executive with decades of experience in the Shipping, Transportation and Trade industry. He has held several coveted positions in India’s major corporations and has led numerous associations and committees in his rich professional career.
He is currently an Independent Director of Adani Petronet Port Projects Ltd, TRF (Tata Steel Subsidiary) and Dolphin Offshore & Dolphin Shipping. He is part of board of DLT, Colombo (a subsidiary of TRF), Tata International DLT (A joint venture between Tata International and DLT). He is also an advisor to APJ Shipping and Moloobhoy & Co.
He was the Chairman and Managing Director of Shipping Corporation of India (SCI), the largest Indian shipping company. Immediately on passing out from IIM Calcutta, he joined SCI in 1973 and held various positions in the company for four decades and reached the position of Chairman and Managing Director before he superannuated. His contribution to the company has been recognized abundantly and SCI has awarded the ‘Navratna’ status during his tenure.
He also served as Director & Chairman of Irano Hind Shipping Co. Ltd., Director of Indian Register of Shipping, Baltic International Maritime Council (BIMCO), Sethusamudram Corporation Limited, SCI Forbes Ltd., LNG Transportation Co. He was awarded the prestigious and most coveted award in the Indian maritime Sector, the “Varuna Award” by the National Maritime Day Celebration Committee on the National Maritime Day, 5th April, 2016. He is only one out of two individuals in Asia, on whom, Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers, London, have awarded Honorary Emeritus Membership.
Mr. S K Tuteja was a retired Indian Administrative Service (IAS). He was 1968 batch of IAS, Punjab cadre and was former Secretary to the Government of India, Department of Food & Public Distribution.
Mr. S K Tuteja did B. Com (Hons) from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Master degree in Commerce from the University of Delhi and a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi.
Currently he serves as a Director in SML ISUZU Limited, Shree Renuka Sugars Limited, Pegasus Asset Reconstruction Private Limited, A2Z Infra Engineering Limited, Intas Pharmaceuticals Limited, Daawat Foods Limited, Ecopure Specialties Limited, QRG Enterprises Limited and Cremica Food Industries Limited. Previously he was Director in Adani Agri Logistics Limited and Havells India Limited.
He was holding key positions at centre such as Secretary, Department of Food and Public distribution, Secretary, Ministry of Small Scale Industries and Agro & Rural Industries, Chairman, Central Warehousing Corporation, Development Commissioner, Small Scale Industries and Secretary, Public Enterprises Selection Board.

Ameet is the Founder of Anubhuti Value Trust; a SEBI registered AIF Fund with a unique investing methodology for Public Equities. The investors in the fund comprise some Premier Family Offices. Prior to Anubhuti, he has had a very rich and diverse experience of 34 years of corporate India. Ameet is also a member of the CII Corporate Governance Council; a member of CII National Committee on Financial Markets; and the Convenor of the Working Group on Risk Capital.
At Adani Group, Ameet was the Executive Director and Group CFO and led the Listing of 4 out of the 6 listed entities. He has been a member of the Board of 3 of the listed entities. During his fifteen year stint at Adani, he successfully led 2 IPOs and a QIP raising over US$ 2 bn, and mobilized over US$ 350 mn in private equity. He also raised over US$ 10 bn domestic and international loans and bonds.
During this period, he also built organizations and teams at corporate as well as business unit levels for Finance, Legal & Compliance, IT and Services and Investor Relations across the Group. He was also responsible for relationships with Board Members across the Group.
Ameet also set-up and ran the Family Office and the real estate business (which remains private). As a member of the leadership team `APEX’, he was responsible for strategy and policy at the Group Level.
Prior to his stint at Adani Group, Ameet was Global Head of M&A and Business Planning for Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd., the largest Indian pharmaceutical company (US$ 1 bn in revenue, US$ 4 bn in Market Cap with Operations in India, USA, EU, Africa, SE Asia) where he led cross border acquisitions in Japan, Germany, US and France besides leading divestment of Allied Business to PE as Management buy-out. He also completed a prestigious out-licensing transaction with a Global Pharma Company. He also had P&L responsibility for Allied Business (USD 40 mn, 350 + people). As a member of EXCOM (Executive Committee), he had responsibility for Strategic Planning and Policy Framework.
In the previous role at Core Healthcare, Ameet built-up the organization as CFO with distinction to have done GDR issuance at the age of 30. He also ran Operations (US$ 100 mn, 1800 employees), implemented complex manufacturing projects and was responsible for critical regulatory compliance for Indian and International health regulations.
Ameet holds a BBA (Sardar Patel University) and an MBA from University School of Management, Ahmedabad. During his career, he has attended several executive programs; inter alia; at the Wharton Business School, the Harvard Business School and the Indian School of Business. He has spoken at several national and international forums and conferences. He has also lectured at several educational institutes, including at IIM-A for PGP and EDP students.
Ameet lives in India with his wife, Dipalee, who is a Dietetic & Nutrition Practitioner and a Vastu Counsellor. His older son, Harsh, completed his MBA at MIT Sloan in May 2020 and has since joined Bank of America in New York. His Daughter-in-law, Tvisha, is an LLM Graduate from Columbia Law School and is currently a Senior Associate at AZB Partners. His younger son, Kush, graduated from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University in May 2019 and has launched his Gaming start-up, called Twelfth Man. In his spare time, Ameet enjoys Reading, Music and Fitness.
