GREEN KALAM PROJECT – 1,50,000 SAPLINGS PLANTED
Tree plantings have been undertaken in the Port premises, Keelavanjore, Melavanjore, North Vanjore on a larger scale periodically, and also in nearby villages in Nagapattinam through our partnership project with MSSRF. So far more than 50,000 saplings of various types of have been planted in the port and its peripheries since 2008 (ongoing activity).
