Mr. Vettath Raghunandan, CEO
Mr. Vettath Raghunandan is a seasoned professional in Ports and Logistics sector, with over four decades of rich experience spanning across Port Operations, logistics, supply chain management, project development and business development.
He has got a proven track record in conceiving, creating, developing and managing number of large and complex ports and associated infrastructure projects.
Prior to joining with us, he was an independent Consultant/ Advisor mentoring senior leadership focusing on internal talent development, corporate development, technology innovations, etc. His earlier assignments are with Adani Ports and SEZ as Head – CEO Office, COO-Dhamra Port, as Corporate President at JM Baxi & Company and as Senior Regional Manager at Indian Potash Ltd, etc.
Mr. Raghunandan has Commercial Shipping & Ship Management degree from Narottam Morarjee Institute of Shipping and also completed training and certification course in Project Management from IIT Mumbai and Diploma from Bureau of Business Management, Mumbai. He is a multi linguist and speaks English, Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada and Gujarati./
Mr. Nilanjan Bhattacharya, CFO
Mr. Nilanjan Bhattacharya is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 18 years of wide-range rich experience in Logistics, EPC Projects, Manufacturing and Service Industries.
He is experienced in Finance, Budgeting, MIS, Financial Analysis, Cost Control, Working Captial Management and CAPEX Planning, audits and overall accounting functions under Ind AS as well as IFRS, leading large teams and managing Techno-Commercial activities. He is adept in Strategic Planning, Project Financing, Project Management and Government Funding.
Prior to joining with us, he was positioned as Finance Controller – South Ports in Adani Ports & SEZ Ltd. His earlier assignments are with IOT (Joint Venture of Indian Oil and Tanking GMBH, Germany), HYVA India Pvt Ltd, Gammon India Ltd and Parker Robinson Pvt Ltd.
Mr. Susanta Kumar Dehury, Company Secretary
Mr. Susanta Kumar Dehury is a Fellow member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India(ICSI), New Delhi and has done BA (Maths) from Utkal University of Odisha, Bhubaneswar. He has over 16 years of experience in Corporate laws, SEBI Regulation, Corporate Governance, Arbitration, NCLT & Secretarial Matters in Corporate Sectors. He has worked for various listed, Public and Private companies before joining Karaikal Port Private Limited as Company Secretary.
